Born in Albania. Gjergji carries out his artistic, technical and professional training at Arte Danza Novara directed by the choreographer Barbara Gatto. He participated in numerous workshops by choreographers such as Mauro Astolfi, Lukáš Timulak, Francesca Frassinelli, Luca Masala, Oliver Matz, Alessio Di Stefano and Ohad Naharin. In 2018 he became a dancer of the Bagart Ballet Company directed by Barbara Gatto. He danced in several choreographies by Gatto as well as in the dance scenes choreographed by Diego Tortelli for the movie The Big Other. In 2019, Gjergji won 1st place senior Contemporary at Tanzolymp and performed at the closing gala. He participated in the summer Intensive 2019 Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company and in the NDT talent Day. In 2020, Gjergji danced for Bagart Ballet Company at Coccia Theater in Novara and danced Corpo estraneo, a choreography created by Marta Castelletta, at Gallus Theater in Frankfurt. In March 2021 he performed the choreography again at SoloCoreografico in Turin, winning the audience award for it. Since April 2022 he is a member of the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company.
