Ido Toledano

When I dance, I experience life at the highest volume. I dance because I cannot not dance. Even if I were given a different body or mind, I would still find myself dancing.

Ido Toledano studied at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and was a dancer in the youth ensemble at Batsheva Dance Company in Israel. He is also a certified instructor of the GAGA movement language. He has danced in choreographies by Or Schraiber, Lior Tavori and Eyal Dadon and has created his own initial works, including the duet “Helpmate”, which received first prize at the competition for outstanding choreographers organized by the Israeli Ministry of Education. He draws inspiration from his interactions with other dancers and choreographers.
